Okay, some things have been happening.

First, these songs that we're supposed to play for Bridgette's wedding are not really "us" at all, but at least they're easy to learn. We've got six more to get into performace shape, so we're well ahead of schedule. Bethany's concentrating on the choreography for the girls. Of course, the guys refuse to do any of that stuff. They just want to stand there. That may work fine for a wedding reception, but when we play our first school dance, they're going to have to put some hip into it.

Second, I've got another drummer lined up for an audition Friday evening, just in case this Ricky guy doesn't work out tomorrow. It means I'm going to be a little late for L&G Friday night, but I know they'll understand.

Oh, and one more thing: Lizzie's got a date! Lizzie's got a date!
